It isn't that our adversaries are incapable of crafting consistent narratives. It's that they have spent generations pursuing different goals and poisoning Western culture in thematically different ways to support them; to such a degree that the world view of the common man now relies on layers of carefully assembled fallacies and denials of reality.
As an outsider to the madness, you almost have to laugh. The propagandists can't rely on their audience to see things for what they are since their vision is clouded with so many contextual falsehoods. So they don't even try any more.
