It's not Genocide nor Ethnic Cleansing (I am not anti-Semitic)

A bit of the MSM gets through to me. For example, I know that the Israeli DEFENSE forces have for years been defending themselves against Palestinian GUNMEN/ MILITANTS. I now know that it is the Israeli DEFENSE forces against the Palestinian TERRORISTS. And so, being 1/4 Jewish and American, I’m course on the side against Terrorists. After all, we all know that the Israelis are “threatened with being wiped of the map”, as shown graphically below.

The Israelis are under insurmountable odds. Armed only with long range artillery, attack helicopters, jet fighters, and nuclear weapons, they are battling people armed with rifles and a few pop bottle rockets. We need to continue to supply them with 2,000 bombs to protect themselves.

Now, recently, it has been in the news that:

• Israel plans to continue this battle against the Terrorists for another year; and

• that they will scale back their bombing.

This is just simple Arithmetic. In the last three months the Israelis have destroyed half of all buildings in the Gaza strip. In order to make this war last for a year, and not just another 3 months (where they’d be in the situation that we were in while defending ourselves against North Korea, where there was nothing left to bomb and we had to declare an Armistice) they will necessarily need to cut back their bombing by a factor of 4. Simple Arithmetic.

I’m relieved to know that every Presidential Candidate views Israeli’s DEFENSE as their number one priority, and so, it doesn’t really matter for whom I vote.
