There are always enough suckers out there (i.e. "first adopters") that will pay over 2$/W for solar panels and 50$ for an LED light bulb to allow these companies to grow without government subsidies or mandates.
I was talking about myself here! Yep, 50 dollars for 1 LED bulb (albeit, dimmable with very high CRI (Color Rendering Index).
Well, maybe if they didn't mandate these changes, they offered "incentives", didn't they?
