I LOVE playing with DATA III

But, I seem to be playing with Official Random Numbers ...

In previous Postings we looked world-wide at CoVid-1984 “Deaths” and “Active Cases” vs. Vax Rate and it was all gibberish. (The guys making up these numbers are not doing a very good job).

But this should surely make some sense: we’re only going to look at the U.S., the country with more CoVid-1984 “Deaths” than any other country in the world (Good Statistics!), and the country that has spent more money¹ (half it’s GDP) than any other country in the world in it’s War on CoVid. Let’s look at the number of CoVid-1984 “Active Cases” in all the U.S. States vs. the State’s Vaccination Rate. Surely we’ll see something [e.g., “Case” Rate decreasing with increasing Vax Rate]! In Figure 1 we show “Active Cases” vs. “Fully-Vaccinated” percentage and vs. “At least 1 Jab Vaccination” percentage for all the U.S. States.

Now, the R-Squared Value tells you the percentage of change in the dependent variable (CoVid-1984 Active Cases) due to changes in the independent variable (Vax Rate). The R-Squared values are less than a percent, saying that the Vax Rate has no effect on the number of Active “Cases”. I can put in random numbers and get an R-Squared value of 2 or 3 percent!

So, either:

1 The “Case” numbers are just meaningless random numbers; or

B The Vax-Rate has ZERO effect on “Cases”; or

III (probably) both of the above are true.

So, for one thing, STOP listening to the “Case” Numbers that the Fear-Mongering NPR and MSM reporters keep breathlessly reporting 10 thousand times a day to entice you to get Vax’d. They are completely meaningless numbers (certainly not DATA). What I would suggest, as I have in the past, is to take all your masks and use them to cover up your TV sets and then this “Scamdemic” will instantly end. And then, as I, you can start wearing a garlic bulb around your neck because Science shows that this is at least as effective as masks (i.e., probably not at all effective, but who knows?).

But, let’s end with some Good News! Florida Judge Halts City’s COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate². Those clever people suing to stop the vaccine mandate demanded DATA proving that this mandate would be effective. Yep, I think that’s the way to go — to start demanding DATA and letting go of Beliefs.

And, just remember: there are “numbers” and there are “DATA”; in Saint William Blake’s words, “how wide the gap, impassible”.
